Tender Desk keeps the information your company gives us (contacts, documents, bids) to provide the service, and nothing more. Documents are stored on an encrypted server and are visible only to you and our team.

We never sell or share your data. Partners (for example a bank for a bid security) receive documents only with your explicit agreement, request by request.

WhatsApp messages are sent only to companies that agreed to receive them; reply STOP at any time.

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about your company, or for its erasure. Invoices are kept as the tax law requires.

Public tender information on this site comes from the buyers' own notices (Umucyo and other official sources), with a link to each original notice.
